CIRCESTA!

On Saturday I played in a duck pond, danced around a cake walk and went on a wicked wild hay ride! The Circesta at Jonathan Daniels was a huge success as usual, all my favorite buddies came out and we had an absolute blast! A big thanks goes to everybody who volunteered and participated!!!

Easter!

The room filled with cheerful laughter as we all sat down to enjoy another Easter dinner together! My family is from caves all over the world and we all love to read. We discussed some of our favorite books. Libby is becoming quite the reader, so this was her favorite conversation at the dinner table. I am thankful for so many things this Easter, my family, my friends, my players, my books and all the wonderful supporters of the Swampbats!

The Bat Cave

When I'm not reading with Libby, you can find me "hanging out" in my bat cave by the swamp. I love it here. These cold days can really take a toll on a bat like me, but I've got my skittles to keep me in good spirits. I have had so much fun reading to the schools this year, and so far I've met so pretty awesome readers. This has been quite a busy season!

Reading With Libby!

Nope, that's not a mistake. My cousin Libby and I will be reading together as we travel the states learning the importance of reading. Libby lives in New York City and she can't read. She never realized why she should learn how to read and how much better life could be if she learned. When I showed her how to read what's playing on Broadway or at the ball park, she became jealous and wanted to be able to read too. Join Libby and I on our journey as we travel America living and learning with the Reading With Ribby program!
